System Information: hold ⌥ and click the Apple menu → System Information, or Apple menu → About This Mac → More Info → System Report. The left column is Device Manager's tree: Bluetooth, Camera, Graphics/Displays, Memory, Storage, USB, Thunderbolt, Audio, Power, with every attached device and its details.
What it does not have is a way to install, update or roll back a driver, because there is nothing to manage: drivers for keyboards, mice, displays, cameras, audio and storage are part of macOS and update with it. The few devices that need extra software (some printers, audio interfaces, capture cards) come with their own installer and appear under System Settings → General → Login Items & Extensions.
The everyday device pages are in System Settings: Bluetooth, Printers & Scanners, Displays, Sound, Keyboard, Mouse and Trackpad. A device that misbehaves is fixed by unplugging it or removing it from Bluetooth and pairing again; there is no "disable device".
From the Terminal, system_profiler SPUSBDataType prints the USB tree, and ioreg -l the whole device registry.
